How it works
The first few weeks look like any custom build. The difference is what happens after launch.

Kick-off video call
A free video call, arranged by email, about your business and goals. Then we agree the plan and scope in writing.

Design & build
I design and build your site, sharing previews as it takes shape.

Launch, then I stay
It goes live and I look after it from then on. You just send requests when you need them.
What does the Care Plan include?
A custom design and build, hosting and security, monthly updates and fixes, edits on request, backups and priority support.
Is there really no build fee?
Really. The build is included and spread across the plan, which is billed annually in advance.
How quickly are changes made?
Most edits are done within two working days. Urgent fixes are prioritised the same day.
Is there a limit on edits?
Reasonable day-to-day edits are included. Bigger new features or sections are quoted separately before any work starts.
What happens after the first year?
The plan renews annually. You can cancel at renewal with 30 days’ notice by email, and I’ll help you move the site wherever you like.
Can I add Search Boost later?
Yes, at any time. It’s billed quarterly on top of your plan.
Can I still log in myself?
Of course. Some clients never do, others like to post their own news. Either is fine.
Do I own my content?
Yes. Your domain, words and images are always yours.
