Rough ideas are completely fine. A few lines on these helps me give you a useful first reply:
- Your business, and your current website if you have one
- What you’d like help with
- A rough budget, even a range
- Any deadline or launch date

Usually within one working day. If I’m fully booked, I’ll say so straight away and tell you when I next have space.
Can I phone or message you instead?
Email is the only way to reach me. It keeps every detail in one place, so nothing gets lost. Once we’ve swapped a few emails, we’ll book a free kick-off video call to talk your project through.
What if I don’t know what I need?
That’s fine. Tell me what’s not working or what you’d like to achieve, and I’ll suggest the simplest way to get there.
Do you work with businesses outside my area?
Absolutely. Everything runs remotely, so location doesn’t matter.
