What platform will you build on?
Usually an easy-to-edit website builder, so your team can make changes without me. For more complex needs, I build custom and look after the technical side.
How long does a new website take?
Most projects take four to six weeks from kick-off to launch, depending on size and how quickly content comes together.
Do you write the content?
I edit and structure your words as standard. If you’d like it written from scratch, the copywriting add-on covers that.
Will I be able to update it myself?
Yes. Every one-off build includes recorded training and a walkthrough session before handover.
What if I need help after launch?
Just ask. Small questions are free, and bigger changes are quoted up front. You can also move onto the Care Plan at any time.
Can you redesign my existing site?
Absolutely. I’ll keep what works, fix what doesn’t, and set up redirects so you don’t lose search rankings.
Do I own the website?
Yes: the domain, the content and the design are yours.
