Yes. After our kick-off video call you get a fixed price in writing. It only changes if the scope does, and only with your agreement.
One-off builds are split: half to book your slot, half at launch. The Care Plan is billed annually in advance.
Third-party costs like premium plugins, paid fonts or a shop platform’s transaction fees. I’ll flag any of these before you commit. All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable sales taxes (GST/HST or PST).

You can cancel at your annual renewal with 30 days’ notice by email. I’ll help you move the site wherever you like.
The Care Plan effectively is one. For one-off builds, staged payments can be arranged on larger projects.
